1. Can we Change our order?

2.Can we modify/edit our order?
You can modify the design after placing the order within one hour only. We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order or update your shipping address. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with our team immediately along with your order number. Write at omg.wbs@gmail.com or whats app +91-9873310987.Please note that the judgement of our team will be final.

3.What if we get damage product?
In case you receive the product(s) in damaged condition, you have to inform our team at +91-9873310987 immediately for further procedure. Depending upon the product, decision will be taken by our team regarding it. Team ONLY MEMORBLE GIFTS has the sole right to take final decision.

3. Why my product was not delivered or return?
Your order was undelivered and returned to origin due to any of the following reasons: Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available . In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will re-ship your order. Re-shipping charges may or may not be applicable depending upon the situaton.

4.My product is not delivered?
If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain within 10 days from the date of shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 10 days for the non-delivery of your order then www.onlymemorablegifts.com will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund to your account.

5.Why don’t we have cash on delivery on all products?
Our all products are not covered under Cash On Delivery. You can choose other payment methods such as cash deposit in bank or card / netbanking payments. Please understand that most of our products are personalised and any loss due to non-payment at the time of delivery cannot be substituted.

6. How to apply coupon?
That’s simple! Enter your coupon code during checkout and you’re done. Please note that the coupon code may be valid for a limited period only.
